Khine Zin Lin is a Burmese digital marketing consultant, educator, and knowledge creator who helps individuals and organizations grow through strategy, technology, and practical insights. With experience across startups and international organizations, she specializes in digital marketing, design-thinking, and user-centered digital experiences.
Education
Khine Zin Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language from Yangon University of Foreign Languages (YUFL). During her university years, she developed a strong interest in entrepreneurship and business management while actively participating in extracurricular activities that broadened her global perspective.
During this time, she was selected as a participant in the JENESYS 2.0 Japanese Language Program, an international exchange initiative organized by the Japanese government that brought students to Tokyo and Okayama, Japan for a 10-day immersion experience focused on cultural exchange, regional cooperation, and strengthening ties between Japan and Southeast Asia.
Following her graduation, she became a fellow of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), a 6 weeks prestigious leadership development program launched by former U.S. President Barack Obama. Under the Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Program, she attended Arizona State University, where she further explored entrepreneurship, innovation, and regional development.
Khine Zin Lin also holds a Level 6 Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (ABE), United Kingdom, a professional qualification focused on strategic management and international business.
She later earned a Master’s Degree in Digital Business & Innovation from IE Business School in Spain, one of Europe’s leading business schools, where she studied digital transformation, technology strategy, and innovation in the modern business landscape.
Career
Khine Zin Lin has built her professional experience across startups, corporate environments, and international organizations, working at the intersection of business, technology, and product innovation.
She has contributed to teams in roles related to product management, service delivery, business consulting, and product design thinking, digital marketing, helping organizations develop better digital products and customer-focused solutions.
Following her graduate studies in Spain, she worked as a Business Technology Consultant at FIS Global (Madrid branch), a leading global financial technology company and one of the S&P 500 organizations. In this role, she gained experience working within large-scale technology environments and global business operations projects.
Her professional journey reflects a continued interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation, with a focus on creating meaningful solutions that improve both business outcomes and everyday user experiences.
Knowledge Sharing & Talks
While living in Spain, Khine Zin Lin noticed that many young professionals and students from Myanmar faced challenges in presenting themselves professionally, particularly in CV/resume writing and using LinkedIn effectively. To address this gap, she initiated a “CV & LinkedIn Workshop” through her Facebook platform, helping hundreds of Myanmar youths improve their professional profiles and career opportunities.
In addition to these workshops, she has also been invited to contribute as a speaker in several youth and leadership events, where she shares insights on career development, entrepreneurship, and professional growth.
Khine Zin Lin continues to share practical knowledge and career insights through her personal platform Khine Knowledge Kicks, on Facebook and Youtube, aiming to make professional development resources more accessible to young professionals.
